Kefir and flaxseed
You will lose weight in a healthy way with the following diet.
In the morning of the first week, add 1 tablespoon of flaxseed to 100 ml of kefir and eat it on an empty stomach. While eating the mixture, the seeds should be crushed and chewed in the mouth.
In the second week, add 2 tablespoons of flaxseed to 100 ml of kefir and eat.
In the third week, add 3 cups of flaxseed to 150 ml of kefir and eat it on an empty stomach.
The course of treatment for weight loss takes 3 weeks.
When you feel hungry during the day, fruit and soups are taken.
